Is apple cider vinegar safe to use on hair? Yes! Not only can you use apple cider vinegar on your hair, but it also has a lot of benefits to support healthy hair.

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has many benefits when used internally or externally. Healthy digestion and healthy blood sugar levels are just a few of the many potential health benefits of apple cider vinegar.

Using apple cider vinegar for your hair can do several things, including:
• Restoring the pH of your scalp
• Giving your hair a nice shine
• Cleaning up some of the residue left by shampoos and conditioners

As a side note, I recommend getting a filter that can pull out chlorine and fluoride from your water. They are halogens, which can react with your skin and cause conditions like acne and damage your hair.

You don’t want to apply apple cider vinegar directly in its normal concentration. Instead, dilute one tablespoon in sixteen ounces of water. Use it as a rinse after shampoo and conditioner, but don’t let it sit on your hair. Do this about once or twice per week.

I think you’ll notice a huge difference in the quality of your hair! Go ahead and give this a try so you, too, can experience the benefits of apple cider vinegar for your hair.
