Today I want to share a few ways to get your kids to take cod liver oil. Cod liver oil is very important. One of the best things a mother who's breastfeeding can do is take cod liver oil. But, when it's time for a child to come off of breast milk, it may be beneficial to continue to give the child cod liver oil. As the child gets a little older, they could take a capsule or pearl. But, when they are very young, it might be helpful to find other creative ways to give it to them.

Cod liver oil is a good source of:
1. Vitamin A
2. Vitamin D
3. DHA
4. EPA

A few benefits of cod liver oil:
