Today we’re going to talk about what you could do if you’re experiencing pain without any injury or trauma. Referred pain or referred inflammation is a common problem. In my opinion, most of the pain people have comes from a referred source. It may not be coming from an injury or even an area that’s in the same location as the pain.
If there is any pain or inflammation on the right side of your body, there could potentially be an issue with the gallbladder or liver that’s causing referred pain.
If there is any pain or inflammation on the left side of your body, it could be due to a heart problem, but this isn’t common. It could be referred pain from your pancreas. It could be an issue with the bile duct that comes from the liver and joins with the ducts that come through the pancreas. A good remedy might be purified bile salts.
Kidney stones can trigger pain to the back, groin, the front of the body, and even higher up near the pancreas or gallbladder.
A pinched nerve in your back could cause sciatic nerve pain that goes down the leg. A pinched nerve in the neck could potentially cause referred pain or numbness in your hand.
Pain along a meridian, in Chinese medicine, could correlate with an organ. Acupuncture has stood the test of time. With acupuncture, they work with meridians and acupuncture points—freeing up certain flows through the body.
Old injuries can also cause referred pain. They can be reactivated in different parts of the body. Referred pain can be caused by sitting for too long or even doing the same exercise or motion over and over again. An infection could also cause referred pain to different parts of the body.
The most important thing to focus on is that the pain you’re experiencing could be referred pain and that it could be coming from your digestion. A good thing to do is to fix your diet.
