I always feel better on days when I workout.

Last week I was on vacation. There was no equipment, I was very short on time, but I knew I still wanted to get a few quick workouts in because it helps me physically as well as mentally. Honestly what I came up with turned out to be pretty great! I decided to push “record” on my camera so I could share it with you all this week.

This workout is simple, it’s effective, and I today wanted to share it with you! My goal here on this channel is to share content to help you become the fittest, strongest version of yourselves and helps you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

HOW TO DO THIS WORKOUT

** We’re going to be performing 5 rounds of three of the best bodyweight exercises out there - squats, push ups, and sit ups. (Collectively I knew these three exercises would offer the best use of my time to maximize upper body, lower body, and core muscle activation.)

** We’ll start with 10 reps of each exercise for round one, but then add 5 reps for each subsequent round. The last round will consist of 30 reps of each exercise.

** The goal with this one is to get through it as fast as possible. I did not include any rest breaks, but if you feel like you need one simply pause the video for 30-60 seconds to catch your breath and then get back to work!

** The whole thing took me about 8 1/2 minutes to get through, hit PLAY on the video above and follow right along with me!
