HOW TO TREAT KNEE PAIN AT HOME
Knee pain can be downright miserable. It can come from many causes and it can affect you at different intensities, but at its core it’s a huge inconvenience and we all just want it gone.

Luckily the right stretches and exercises have been proven to help IMMENSELY when performed correctly and regularly.

In this video, you’ll learn the proper stretches to increase knee range of motion and the proper exercises to increase strength in key muscles that control and act on your knee.

The combination of these two things (stretching and strengthening) can work wonders in helping those sore, aching, and otherwise painful knees feel better.

WHO IS THIS VIDEO FOR?
As I mentioned, the exercises in this video are fairly simple. They’re going to work best for those whose knees are very painful, have limited range of motion, or who have very little experience with strengthening/rehab.

If you’re a little more functional and only experience intermittent pain, I might start you off with exercises that are a little more advanced based on your activity tolerance. (This might be a better starting video for you: https://youtu.be/yOOXbHVNm2I)

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO THESE EXERCISES
When I recommend these exercises to patients in my clinic, I typically tell them to start by performing these once daily. As your strength and tolerance to the exercises increases most people can increase to 2 times/day.
