Practicing meditation can lead to a lot of health benefits outside of stress relief. Meditation has been linked to reducing anxiety / depression, better breathing, getting a good night of sleep and lowering blood pressure.

I have practiced meditation off and on over the last 30 years and it has changed my life in many ways. Today I want to share with you the 5 meditations that I use. I hope by sharing this video it will inspire you to give meditation a chance and see how it can bring you value.
