In this video Stefan talks about building new habits. The biggest thing about learning to build habit is that the habit is the most important thing - meaning a lot of people get so caught up in the distance, the duration, the length and the amount and they didn't recognize that the act of doing is the most important thing.

Make doing things as simple and easy as possible, just to build the habit. Don't try to do too much or let your limiting beliefs hold you back from building new habits. Once you get in the habit of doing something, then you can increase the time spent doing it.
