Face fat is usually an indication that you’ve gained weight and that excess fats have settled in different areas in your body, including your face.
But as always, that’s not something a regular exercise and a healthy diet can’t fix! And today I have a workout challenge for you to help you reduce cheeks fat and slim down your face.
These are all body-weight exercises that do not necessarily target the fat in your face, but it does burn overall body fat. And once you start losing weight, the fat in your face will go away as well.
Just remember to do this on a daily basis if you want to see results fast. It’s a 2 month challenge so that means that it’s more effective if you do it everyday, weekends included. Good luck and let’s get started!
