I get asked all the time how to lose weight in certain body areas. And while there are workouts that involve those certain muscles, the weight loss rule of thumb is this: If you reduce your body fat in general, you will also lose weight in those problem areas that you have.

With that reasoning in mind I created this simple workout routine you can do at home to burn side fats -- love handles, arm fat, and saddlebags! Not only does this workout burn fat, it will also strengthen and tone your muscles!
