START DATE: I’ll be starting 𝐍𝐄𝐗𝐓 πŒπŽππƒπ€π˜, October 14th! You can start whenever (just START, even better if you grab a friend to join you).

FITNESS LEVEL: Beginner to Advanced.

The plan is scalable for ALL FITNESS LEVELS⁣ (modifications are offered in the daily workout videos).

Pregnant or Postpartum? We’ve made notes for how to adapt each daily workout if needed in today’s blog post.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: A set of dumbbells. Option to add a mini loop resistance band and kettlebell.

DAILY Full-Length Workout Videos (available on NML + Youtube)
6 Days A Week (with 1-2 rest days a week)
AND A 2-Week Meal Plan From Registered Dietitians!

NOTE: This plan is a combination of some NML classic workouts AND brand new workouts going live over the course of the challenge! So the links for the new workouts on the calendar PDF won’t work yet (days 2, 9 and 11) - they’ll start working when the workouts go live!
