Quick Breakdown of the “4-1-1 Method” (NEW 7-day challenge we’ll be starting next week!)

This method of training is going VIRAL on TikTok right now — and it’s one trend I actually can get behind!

If you (like me!) hadn’t heard of the 4-1-1 Method before, here’s what you need to know:

4 days of strength training (each week)
1 day of pilates (each week)
1 day of LISS cardio (each week)

WHY DOES IT WORK?
The 4-1-1 method is SO EFFECTIVE because you reap the benefits of strength workouts, pilates workouts AND cardio workouts.

STRENGTH TRAINING - builds muscle, boosts metabolism, creates definition.
PILATES - improves deep core strength, flexibility/mobility + posture.
CARDIO- improves heart health, increases endurance and improves overall fitness.
