The 4-1-1 Method is currently blowing up on social media...and this is one internet trend I can actually get behind!

This is a well-rounded, BALANCED workout plan that prioritizes strength training while including cardio and barre/pilates -- AKA the best of both worlds!

Here’s a preview of the week. (This is how I’ll tackle it, but you can swap rest days around or take more rest days as needed):

MONDAY: NEW Full Body Strict Sets Workout
TUESDAY: Dumbbell Arm Workout
WEDNESDAY: Dumbbell Legs (SPI) OR LIVE Full Body at 9AM CT
THURSDAY: Barre Pilates HIIT Workout
FRIDAY: Full Body Strength Training
SATURDAY: LISS Cardio
SUNDAY: Rest Day
