THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body + Abs MetCon (Dumbbell Snatch)
► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. We’re using 15-20 lb dumbbells.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
4 Circuits (2 exercises per circuit)
Timed Intervals (30 seconds work per exercise, 15 seconds rest)
Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
Perform 20 Snatches or Cleans Between Circuits For A Total of 100 Snatches
►Workout Outline:
20 Dumbbell Snatches
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Staggered Row + Clean + Front Squat
2. Lateral Squat + Front Raise
20 Dumbbell Snatches
2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Uneven Lunge Swing R/L
2. Plank + Alternating Knee Drives (MOD: Dumbbell Press Out + March)
20 Dumbbell Snatches
3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Sumo Kang Squat + Bicep Curl at Bottom
2. Curtsy Lunge + 45 Backwards Lunge
20 Dumbbell Snatches
4⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR:
1. 3 Skull Crushers + 3 Second Hollow Rock Hold
2. Suitcase Crunch (MOD: Deadbug)

►Is this workout Pregnancy-Friendly? Follow the workout modifier and slow down moves as needed. If lunges don’t feel good, you can sub squats. Add an incline to planks and modify core work as needed.
