The FINAL workout in this METCON Challenge! Today's workout takes everything you've done over the last two weeks and puts it all together in a challenging, full body conditioning workout.
You'll be challenged to complete 100 squats, 100 push ups, 100 swings and 100 back rows during today's workout - YES YOU CAN!

4 Full Body Metabolic Conditioning Exercises (squats, push ups, swings, rows)
Complete 10 Repetitions of Each Exercises x 10 Sets
For a Total of 100 Repetitions Per Exercise
Stick With Our Pace (with a goal of completing all reps in under 25 minutes) Or Move At Your Own Pace
