THE WORKOUT: 25-Minute Unilateral Arms and Abs
► EQUIPMENT: One Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbell. I'm using 10-20 lb dumbbells. Option to add a towel as well.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
3 Circuits (2 strength exercises and 1 burnout exercise per circuit)
Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest for the strength and 50 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest for the burnout move)
Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets
►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: Shoulders + Triceps
1. Single Arm Lateral Raise + Hammer Front Raise
2. Balance Single Arm Tricep Kickback
3 Single Arm Shoulder Press + 3 Balance Overhead Triceps
2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO: Back + Biceps
1. 3-Count Single Arm Row
2. Eccentric 3 Count Lower Single Arm Bicep Curl
Stack On Single Arm Row + Curl + Burpee
3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: Chest + Arms
1. 3-Count Single Arm Chest Press
2. Crunch + Punch
Down Dog Dumbbell Transfer + Push Up
