This is a donation-based workout class supporting Emerge Mothers Academy (@EmergeMothersAcad), who does amazing things for single moms in the Twin Cities.

With COVID-19 and the recession, the single moms have had to navigate the challenges of lost jobs and wages, school and daycare closures, distance learning, food and housing insecurity, mental health issues, and diminished support networks. Funds raised will equip the single moms of Emerge Mothers Academy (and their kids) to overcome this adversity and thrive.
Now on to the workout!
The Workout: 45-Minute Full Body HIIT Workout (NO Equipment or Optional Mini Loop Resistance Band)
► EQUIPMENT: No equipment needed! If you want to add an extra challenge, you can add an optional mini loop resistance band!
►FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate to advanced, but I’ll offer variations for all fitness levels.
► INSTRUCTIONS: Follow along with the full body HIIT workout above!
