THE WORKOUT: NO REPEAT Full Body HIIT Workout With Weights

Here's what today's workout looks like:
3 Circuits (and a bonus core finisher), with decreasing "work" time in each circuit
Lots of variety (NO REPEATS, 30 different moves)

Don't get it twisted -- low impact does NOT mean low intensity! This is full body STRENGTH TRAINING and HIIT. And it's going to challenge your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells We're using 15-20 lbs.
