This practice guides us to stretch, tone, and practice creating a full-body experience through spinal and breath work. This yoga reminds us to connect or re-connect to the big picture. Feeling stuck? Not getting what you want? Connect your mantra to the movement and... practice. I never said it would all be easy. But work to find ease. Surrender and breathe. Stick with it. This one is great for the wrists.
