How to change the default Google Chrome language - Windows Version-
 Step 1- Click on the button represented by three vertical bars. It is in the top right corner of your browser.
 Step 2- Click Settings. In English it's called "Settings". This option is near the bottom of the window.
Step 3- Click Show Advanced Settings. In English, it is titled "Show advanced settings ..." This option is at the bottom of the menu.
 Step 4- Click the Spell Checker Languages ​​and Settings option. In English, it is called "Language and input settings".
Step 5- Click Add. This option is called "Add" in English.
Step 6- Select a language from the drop-down menu.
Step 7- Choose the language that interests you.
If necessary, move to the drop-down menu.
Step 8- Click on "OK". Your language will be added to the list of available languages.
Step 9- Put the language at the top of the list. Click on the chosen language and move it to the top of the list while holding down the mouse button. This is done from the left side of the dialog box.
Step 10- Select Done. The language at the top of the list is now your default language in the Chrome browser.
 Step 11- Restart your browser. The language used in the different interfaces should now have changed.
