By default, the Google Chrome browser - Windows version - saves the files you upload to the Downloads folder of your Windows user account. If you want to save them to another Windows folder, you must change the browser settings.
- Click the button Customize and control Google Chrome -
  then click Options.
-Open the Advanced Options tab.
In the Downloads section, click the Browse button.
Choose the new folder to use for downloads and click OK.
Click on Close.
