This simple round motif "Triplets" was designed for showing how to tat with 3 colors. You will need three shuttles to complete this motif.

Tutorial for how to:
1) use 3 shuttles to create 3 colors in one round
2) how to hide ends when using 2 colors
3) how to add 3rd color into your work
4) how to wrap more than 1 thread in chains (encapsulation)

when you do the encapsulation, it is just like doing the right side of split rings.
(Your core thread will become the working thread when doing this.)

Materials:
Choice of threads : any thread is workable.
3 shuttles
1 crochet hook
