Round base light bulb:
Thread: Lizbeth #40
Beads: Miyuki 3mm cube bead x 1
Size: 2.5 x 1.5 cm
Tatting techniques: Block tatting & BDS (Balanced Double Stitch)

Pointy base light bulb:
Thread: Lizbeth #40
Beads: Miyuki 3mm cube bead x 1, Miyuki seed bead 11/0 x 1
Size: 2.7 x 1.3 cm
Tatting Techniques: Block tatting, BDS & downward picot

Remark: In my BDS making, I used 2 1st half st, and then 1 2nd half st, BUT traditionally it should be 2 1st half st, and then 2 2nd half st. I modified it because I didn't want the chain too thick.

These two little bulbs are great for beginners to learn how to do the above tatting techniques, just watch my video and learn how to make them without hesitations.

RW: Reverse work
SS: Switch shuttle
DNRW: Do Not reverse work
P: picot
LJ: Lock join
JK: Josephine knot
SCMR: Self Closing Mock Ring
Lp: Long picot
