We had our first big harvest of eggplants recently so I wanted to share it and talk a little about each type of eggplant. I've grown Rosita and Mitoyo before, but this was my first year for growing Ping Tung and Little Fingers. Our two Ping Tung plants are producing very well, and from what I've seen of the Little Fingers plant, it would make a good container eggplant. This is a chance for folks to take a look at 4 different types of eggplants all at once. Be sure to let us all know what type of eggplant you grow. And if you grow more than you need, share it with someone.
