This isn't the largest eggplant harvest that we've had this year, but it had some of each type, so I thought I would give you a look at them and talk a little about each. It was our first time for growing Aswad, Rosita, and Ichiban II. We've grown both the Long Purple, and Mitoyo before, and like them enough to grow them again.
