This was our first sweet potato harvest of the year. This container was planted with Beauregard Sweet Potato slips. We also have 3 grow bags left with sweet potatoes, and sweet potatoes planted all around the edge of our garden. As well as showing this sweet potato harvest, I'll talk a little about how I cure my sweet potatoes.
Be sure to let us know if you grow sweet potatoes, and maybe what your favorite type is. And if you grow more than you need, share it with someone.
