Strawberry Plants Need Maintenance. A mother Strawberry plant lasts anywhere from 3 to 5 years before it starts to lose production, and then wear itself out. Or so it seems!
Join me in Part 2 of this video series where we visit the individual Strawberry crowns 10 days later and see how they've responded. You'll see that Strawberry Plants don't actually age and fade away. Rather, the mature crowns want to keep growing and growing and in some cases, this is a better way to grow them than runners or seeds.
So let's dive in and see what they look like, and take the next step to Strawberry bliss before spring hits!
