Growing lettuce INSIDE of a canteloupe! What? Yup let's see if its possible! Why not? Lettuce grows great in pots, it sprouts fast and doesn't require a lot of heat. Canteloupe rinds are tough and durable, and if kept cool, can last quite a long time. This has fun written all over it. Let's see if we can actually do this!
