Animation of a circle was a random movement of the circle. But this program is animating the circle in a definite movement that is described by a function. So the coordinates that decide the circle’s path are input and output coordinates of a function. The function taken in this program is the sine function. A sine pattern can easily be noticed when the circle moves. The inputs (x-coordinates) are taken by the amount of time for which the program has been running and the output value (y-coordinate) is obtained by using the in-built sine function of the math module.
