Overcoming Burnout as a Startup Founder |

Overworked and founder are two words that can unfortunately be synonymous in the startup world. As high achievers, burnout is something we always have to be mindful about.

However, if you're already in a state of burnout there are some key things you can do now to recover from burnout and address your burnout symptoms and recovery head on.

The problem with burnout, or feeling sad, or feeling depressed, or even feeling melancholy is that it is hard to figure out the root cause of things.

These are classic symptoms of burnout.

If you've experienced this yourself, it's essential that you know how to manage burnout and, eventually, how to overcome burnout.

In my life, there have been several times I’ve found myself burned out, or sad, or depressed about my current situation.

In those situations, I recognized that I need to pause and reflect and take massive corrective action to get out of it. I had to learn how to deal with being overworked and how to start working smarter.
