In Photoshop generally we use move tool to move object from one place to other also we use move tool to arrange layers.
The shortcut key of move tool is V
We can create artboards with shortcut kye V also we can create artboard in home page.
To switch move tool and artboard tool we have to press shortcut key V along with Shift Key
