Second is to completely remove yourself from your work so you can grow your business. This can be a tough one, because they may involve your VA doing more or spending more time than is necessary.

So even if you could do one little piece of task or project in 5 minutes that takes the VA an hour, pay the virtual assistant for that hour. You can't scale a business in the long run if your involvement is required, even if it's just a few minutes.
