In this video, I will show you how to create a Dynamic Sales Report in Excel where you can highlight Top & Bottom values with just one click.

As soon as you check the box, Conditional Formatting will be applied automatically, and the selected numbers will get highlighted in your dataset.
You can also decide how many values you want to highlight – Top 5, Top 10, Bottom 15 or any number of your choice.
The sum of the highlighted numbers will be calculated instantly, so you can quickly analyze your sales data.

This method is very simple, professional, and useful for anyone who works with sales reports, business analysis, or data review in Excel.
