Learn one of my favorite Microsoft Word techniques for creating smart, interactive fillable forms—how to make text, photo images, or even tables automatically appear when a user makes a selection from a drop-down list. This is perfect for sales forms, product catalogs, interview questionnaires, HR or business forms, or any document where you want certain sections to remain hidden until they’re needed.

Using Legacy Drop-Down Form Fields, bookmarks, and IF + REF field codes, you can create conditional sections that pop up instantly based on the option a user selects. For example:
Choose a product → show product details, photo image, or SKU
Choose a sales rep → show their contact info automatically
Choose a competency → reveal the matching interview questions section

In this lesson, I walk you step-by-step through the process using an interview questionnaire form as our example.
