In this video, I will show you how to use Microsoft OneDrive from absolute beginner to confident, everyday user. We start with the basics — what OneDrive is, how to install it on Windows, Mac, and mobile, and a full tour of both the web interface and desktop client. Then we get into the stuff you'll actually use every day: uploading and organizing files, sharing with the right permissions, version history, searching, the Personal Vault for sensitive documents, photo management, and all the key settings you should know about.

I also do a deep dive into the OneDrive mobile app — including offline files, document scanning with your phone camera, and marking up PDFs on the go.

In the second half, we cover Copilot in OneDrive — the AI features that let you summarize long documents in seconds, compare two versions of a file, explain complex policies in plain English, and create OneDrive Agents that can answer questions across an entire project's worth of files at once.
I'm working from a work account for most of the video and switch to a personal account to show features like the Personal Vault and Photos, pointing out the differences as we go.
