This lecture continues the discussion on the various models of disability with special focus on how there is a shift in institutional culture elaborating on the disability cultural humility and normalisation of flexible labor. Furthermore, it also elaborates on the medical education revolution in the context of disability rights and how it connects to creating a more inclusive environment.
