In this lecture, we have covered the concept of "Instrumented Urban Ecosystems," defining them as systems where green-blue and built components are monitored via networked sensors to generate continuous ecological data. We have also explored the use of Digital Twins, such as those in Singapore and Helsinki, as core tools for simulation, feedback loops, and evidence-based governance.
