In this lecture, we have covered the application potentials of Nature-based Solutions (NbS), advocating for a paradigm shift from rigid grey infrastructure to hybrid Blue-Green-Grey systems that function as critical assets. We have also discussed the benefits of these integrated systems, such as multifunctionality and resilience, and reviewed innovative case studies like amphibious housing and aquaponics to address urban challenges.
