In this lecture, we have covered Ecological Engineering (EcoE), distinguishing it from traditional engineering by its emphasis on partnering with nature through self-design and solar-powered processes to benefit both society and the environment. We have also explored practical applications of EcoE, such as "Living Machines" for wastewater treatment and the Miyawaki method for rapid forest creation, highlighting their resilience and low-energy requirements.
