In this lecture, we have covered the critical role of Nature-based Solutions in climate adaptation, emphasizing the urgency of these measures as the global window for effective mitigation closes. We have also analyzed the implementation challenges of NbS, including social equity issues, potential "ecological disservices," and the necessity of community engagement to ensure resilient and just urban transitions.
