In this lecture, we have covered the classification of ecosystem services into four major types, provisioning, regulating, cultural, and supporting, highlighting their specific roles in human well-being. We have also examined the practical application of these concepts through a case study of Central Park in New York City, demonstrating how urban green spaces provide diverse service flows.
