In this lecture, we have covered detailed case examples of various ecosystems, such as the Amazon Rainforest, Great Barrier Reef, and Sundarbans mangroves, to illustrate their specific ecological roles. We have also examined the concept of ecosystem interconnectivity to understand how distinct systems, like coral reefs and mangroves, physically and ecologically influence one another.
