Lecture 9 of the NPTEL course on "Noise Control in Mechanical Systems", explores sound propagation through medium boundaries under oblique incidence. The lecture covers Snell's law of reflection and transmission, the behavior of acoustics parameters and some special cases with oblique incidence. Numerical problems also included to provide mathematical approach of the concepts.
