Here we are moving into the second phase of the course-Project Planning. In this video, we will discuss the importance, purpose and requirements for good planning. Subsequently, we will delve into the objectives and process of planning, including traditional project activity planning. A brief description is provided on launch meetings, planning and project success, along with an overview of the Requirements Traceability Matrix. The later sections cover topics such as outside clients, the whole-brain approach, mind mapping, project planning in action, the work breakdown structure, hierarchical planning systems, and the RACI Matrix.
