One screen. Multiple products. Unlimited possibilities.

Today we're taking Expo Router dynamic routing from theory to a real practical implementation.

Welcome to Video #11 of the AI Mobile Engineer Bootcamp 2026 by The Techzeen.

We implement Stack Navigation with Dynamic Routes, understand the crucial useLocalSearchParams() hook, style our screens with NativeWind, and test the complete flow on a real device.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:
STACK NAVIGATION + DYNAMIC ROUTES
Create dynamic screens using routes such as:
/product/101
/product/102
/product/103

useLocalSearchParams()
Understand how this hook reads the dynamic parameters from the current route — and why it's essential when building dynamic screens.

NATIVEWIND STYLING
Use NativeWind to create a clean UI for our dynamic screens.

COMPLETE TESTING
Test multiple IDs and verify that the same screen can display different data based on the route.

WHY DYNAMIC ROUTING MATTERS

Instead of creating separate screens for every product, user or post, we can create one reusable dynamic screen:
[id].tsx

This makes our applications cleaner, reusable and much easier to scale.
