Today we're adding Firebase Authentication to a React Native Expo app

In Lecture No. 26 of AI Mobile Engineer 2026, we set up Firebase from the console, enable Email/Password Authentication, configure the Firebase app in our React Native project, use Gemini to create a professional implementation prompt, and then use Cursor AI to integrate the authentication flow.

Finally, we run the app with Expo Go and test the authentication flow on a real physical device.
