I really enjoyed this training because it gave me a better understanding of project management, especially Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and the PMP framework. The lessons were clear and helped me connect the concepts with real project situations. I also appreciated the focus on the PMP Exam Content Outline and the different project management domains.
