I'm thinking of firing my Public Defender because he's so overwhelmed with cases he doesn't appreciate the intricacies of my case. It's a criminal case, it's a felony. I've never been in trouble before at all and I believe that once I tell my side of the story I'll be found not guilty. Any suggestions on where to start? I have the paperwork taken care of I need to understand how to cross examine my ex wife and it be productive for me. Thanks in advance.
