For me, this course was an important and realistic experience. I learned how to treat elderly people with respect and patience, and how to care for their emotional state before their physical health.
What I appreciated most was the practical side and the daily advice that can be applied directly, such as how to communicate with them and help them with simple tasks without making them feel uncomfortable.
