Thank you so much Dr Blake the Cooking Doc. Your presentations are absolutely great. Lowering daily intake of sugar, avoiding some foods that have negative effects on our kidneys, Mediterranean diet and exercise to reverse blood pressure, these are powers teachings to promote healthy living.
