Through this 36-hour Six Sigma course, I learned the fundamentals of Six Sigma and the DMAIC methodology, along with process improvement, quality management, variation reduction, root cause analysis, the 7 QC tools, process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques. I believe these skills will help me in my future professional life, especially in improving process efficiency, reducing defects, and maintaining better quality in the workplace.
